Loadout is an app for camera departments to build equipment lists for shoots. This page explains what information the app keeps and how it is used.
What we collect
- Your email address and your password (stored in a protected, encrypted form).
- If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture, as provided by Google.
- Optional details you add to your profile (for example name, phone number, occupation).
- The content you create in the app: lists, gear selections, custom gear, PDF models and settings.
- Basic usage counters (for example how many lists were created), used to improve the app.
How we use it
Only to run the app: to let you sign in, to save your lists and to show them to you on your devices. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored with Supabase (database and sign-in) in a data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. The app itself is delivered through Cloudflare. Google is used only if you choose "Continue with Google".
Who can see your data
Your lists and settings are private to your account. The shared gear library is visible to all users. The people who run the app can technically access the database for maintenance, and do not look at your lists except to fix a problem.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your account and all your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will reply as soon as we can.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will be updated.
